6x TriColor Loading Dye

This is a pre-mixed loading buffer with three tracking dyes for Agarose and non-denaturing Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis. The buffer contains Bromophenol Blue, Xylene Cyanol FF, and Orange G as the standard tracking dyes, an Editic acid salt for chelating divalent metal ions to inhibit metal-dependent nucleases, and a simple polyol compound to increase the density of the sample when mixed with it. The Xylene cyanol FF, Bromophenol blue, and Orange G migrate at approximately 4000bp, 300bp, and 50bp on 1% TAE Agarose gel respectively.
